Laurie has been recruiting in the construction industry for over 13 years working predominantly with tier 1 regional main contractors. With aspirations to work for himself he set up Atrium Group in 2018 so he could continue to provide the one on one service his clients are very familiar with.
His professional approach coupled with his consultative and polite manner has allowed him to forge strong relationships with many individuals across the construction industry as well as build an excellent track record in delivering for businesses on both contingency and retained assignments.
Laurie traditionally partners with a select number of tier 1 contractors working with various business units across that company meaning that he becomes very well versed with the structure, culture and pipeline of a company. This means he's able to thoroughly and honestly represent his clients when working on assignments for them.
Outside of recruitment Laurie is a keen private pilot and can be regularly found at Duxford flying an array of vintage and newer aircraft.

Jordan has been connecting talented construction candidates with industry leading contractors across all sectors now for over seven years. Within this time, he has established client relationships through a strong track record of high interview to offer ratios.
For Jordan relationships matter, and this is why he has been working with the same clients providing a personal and honest service to each person since he started his recruitment career in Construction.
With clients currently being littered with unsolicited CV’s, his approach is very much focused on headhunting prospective candidates according to the brief Jordan has been given by his clients.
By using a very thorough process this allows Jordan to deliver a shortlist of strong candidates sourced through intensive market research as well as through recommendations and his own network.
